How to organize and filter transactions

Organizing and filtering transactions is easy and essential for keeping your business management efficient. Here are the instructions on how to quickly find the transactions you need by using simple filters to make the process faster.

Finding Transactions for a Specific Client

If you want to find all transactions from a specific client, just go to the Transactions page and search for the client's name or beneficiary's name. The system will list all the transactions related to that client, regardless of the money transfer company used. For example, if you type “João da Silva” on the transactions page, the system will show a list of all transactions made by him.

Filtering Transactions by Other Criteria

If you want to refine your search further, you can go to the Reports page and use the available filters. The reports page allows you to filter transactions based on criteria such as:

  • Date: Filter by a specific date range.
  • Value: Set a minimum or maximum value for the transactions.
  • Money Transfer Company: Select the provider used.
  • Store: Filter by store if you have more than one.

Example:

Let’s say you want to find all transactions made by João da Silva that are over 1000 dollars, occurred between May and June of last year, and were made through the "X" money transfer company. To do this:

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. In the Client field, type "João da Silva".
  3. Set the Minimum Value to 1000 USD.
  4. Select the Start Date and End Date (May to June).
  5. Choose the "X" money transfer company in the Provider field.
  6. Click Apply Filters.

The system will generate a list of all transactions that meet these criteria.

With this, you can easily and quickly organize your transactions, using the filters to find exactly what you need, without complication. This will help optimize your management and improve your efficiency on a daily basis.
