How to add new money transfer providers

Learn, step by step, how to add a new money transfer company to the system and optimize your operations in a practical and efficient way!

1️⃣ In the left menu of the system, locate and click on the "Settings" option.

2️⃣ Click on "Providers".

3️⃣ Click on "New".

4️⃣ Fill in the following details:

  • Store Name

  • Choose a Provider: Select a provider from the list provided in the system. The available providers are already configured for you to use easily.

    Provider not in the list?:
    If you work with a provider that is not on the list, contact our support so we can add the provider for you.

5️⃣ Set Custom Limits

When you link a provider to your system, you can set limits for the values of your clients' transactions. These limits help control when the system will request additional documents.


Here’s how it works:

  • Daily Limit: This is the maximum amount a client can send in one day without proof of funds. If the client reaches this value, the system will alert that documents are required. In practice, our system will use this limit for 7 consecutive days to ensure better security and avoid any type of structuring.

  • Monthly Limit: This is the maximum amount a client can send in one month without proof of funds. The system will notify if the client exceeds this value.

  • Annual Limit: This is the maximum amount a client can send in one year without proof of funds. The system will notify if this value is reached.

How the configuration works:

  • If you leave the fields blank, the system will use the provider's default limits (the values shown on the right).
  • If you set a limit different from the recommended one, the system will use the value you entered. This helps control when the system will request documents from the client.

Important: If you prefer, you don't need to fill in these fields. The system will work with the provider's default limits if you leave this configuration blank.

6️⃣ Link the provider

Check the 'Active Provider' box if you're currently working with this company. If the contract is terminated, edit this field so the company no longer appears as an option in future transactions, but all previous transactions will be kept.
