Your Daily Workflow with MsB Manager
Now that you've set up MsB Manager correctly, it's time to use it to streamline your daily operations. This tutorial will guide you through managing customer service processes, transaction control, and client data updates in a simple and efficient way.
Let’s make sure everything stays up to date!
1️⃣ Start by Checking the Client's Registration
When the client arrives to make a transaction, the first step is to search for or create their profile in the system.
- If the client is new, register at least: name, phone number, date of birth, and ID.
- If the client is already registered, simply complete their profile with the missing information.
2️⃣ Verify the ID
Always check if the client's ID is up to date. The system will automatically notify you if the ID is expired and will prompt you to request a new document.
If the client doesn’t have a registered ID or the document is expired, simply update the information to ensure everything is correct in the system.
3️⃣ Check the Transaction History
The "Transaction History" table shows the amounts sent and the providers used, in the last 7, 30, and 365 days.
- Choose the desired provider and click the tab: “Documentation Alerts” to check if additional documents, such as proof of funds, are required.
4️⃣ Submit the Transaction in the System
After searching for the client, verifying documents, and checking the transaction history, it's time to register the transaction.
- Process the transfer in the chosen provider’s system, ensuring everything is in compliance.
- You can then choose to register this transaction individually in MSB Manager or decide to upload all transactions made during the day at once.
If it's necessary to request proof of funds, remember to save the files in the system and enter the expiration date. This way, during audits, you’ll have everything at your fingertips with just one click.

MsB Manager makes it easy to organize your daily routine, ensuring that client registration, document verification, transaction history control, and transaction submissions are done quickly and accurately. With this simple routine, you’ll keep all data up to date and processes running smoothly!
